Site supervisor

​Job Descriptions:

• Supervise construction programme to ensure timely completion, quality of product and the optimum use of resources.

• Supervise workers, subcontractors and work activities.

• Help project managers to plan the work programme.

• Help co-ordinate deliveries of materials, plant and equipment.

• Prepare work records for reports.

Qualification and Requirements:​

• Diploma in construction related fields.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in housing project construction.

• Must be able to work in Terengganu.

• The ability to communicate with, motivate, and if necessary discipline the workforce.

• The ability to understand drawings and other contract documents.

• Organisational skills.
